Available to all university students, including PhD candidates. Valid proof of student status (e.g. a student ID or an official enrolment letter) must be provided at the time of registration.

Presentation and publication

At least one author must register and attend the conference in person to present the accepted paper. Each registration covers one presentation only. Authors with more than one accepted paper must ensure that each paper is covered by a separate registration. Papers that are not presented will not be included in the Transportation Research Procedia proceedings.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made up to 15 working days before the event for a full refund. After this point, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than three working days before the start of the conference, unless extenuating circumstances apply. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to EWGT2025@napier.ac.uk. Delegate substitutions may be made at any time at no additional cost.
